As an award-winning Creative Director, Jennifer deploys strategic creative and big-picture thinking to help companies tell their stories and grow their brands. She specializes in delivering vibrant, highly targeted campaigns that move people to action and help her clients exceed their goals.
With more than fifteen years of advertising industry experience in global agencies including Digitas, Publicis, and VaynerMedia, Jennifer combines powerful messaging, emerging technologies, and social media strategy to drive dynamic creative work for her clients. She has conceived and executed strategic campaigns for global brands including 3M, Amazon, Allstate, Bank of America, Del Monte, HPE, Naked Juice, Rockwell-Collins, Sony, UCLA Health, and others.
After a successful career in the agency world, Jennifer was excited to create smallnormous with Eric, her creative partner of more than 12 years. She believes that a fresh approach, an authentic voice, and beautiful design can revolutionize how clients connect with and engage their audience.

Prior to creating smallnormous with Jennifer, Eric led creative efforts to develop global brands for companies including Bank of America, Clorox, Dell, Genentech, HPE, McKesson, Northrop Grumman, Petco, and Visa. By focusing on content relevance and strategic design, Eric is committed to developing powerful creative solutions that are strategic, effective, distinctive, and compelling.
